I started this blog because my life felt like it was falling apart \u2014 low energy, messy habits, financial stress, and constant restarts.
Writing here is my way of trying to make sense of it all and track my progress as I learn what I was never taught.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The name Things I Never Learned<\/em> comes from the feeling that no one ever really teaches us how to live \u2014 how to manage money, stay consistent, build habits, or take care of our minds. So this is where I try to learn those things, one week at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This isn\u2019t a \u201chow-to\u201d blog. It\u2019s more like a logbook \u2014 a record of what\u2019s working, what\u2019s not, and what I\u2019m learning along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I don\u2019t have all the answers.
